Training Log Entry #41

A little aggravated after a morning of meetings, so I "worked it out" on the bike path. Some sprint pick-ups, a couple of forward facing hill sprints, a couple of backward facing hill sprints and a couple of 1/2 mile intervals for good measure. Not sure what the goal was other than to work off the tension. I squeezed in an hour on the trainer the night before so I am crediting myself with another 18 miles on the bike (my typical ride average per hour).
